Not that I know of. If the person/team agrees than it's ok. Last year, Greg Erwin fired his entire pit crew mid race at Phoenix and replaced them with David Ragan's pit crew.

Don't forget 2010 when Chad Knaus replaced Jimmie Johnson's crew with Jeff Gordon's crew with 5 races to go in the Chase. Needless to say, that decision turned out pretty well for everybody involved......expect Jimmie's old crew. -_-

That was during a Busch race. He was on the crew for Dale (Jr.) on Saturday and Gordon on Sunday. This is still done today with Alex Bowman's crew pitting Justin Allgiar's car when they can.
