This was the first time a NASCAR series raced in both Mexico 🇲🇽 and Canada 🇨🇦 in the same year

Only six Buschwhackers are here (David Ragan, Kevin Harvick, Jeff Burton, Greg Biffle, Robby Gordon, Carl Edwards); the rest must've been with Jerry Punch, Andy Petree and Rusty Wallace for a Nextel Cup race.

I don't know why NASCAR allowed the incident between Ambrose and Gordon to play out the way it did
@ayehay5301 Жыл бұрын
I blame the spotter more than anything. He could have easily told Robby he was scored in front of Ambrose, then asked NASCAR to regulate him to the last car on the lead lap without Robby knowing.
@SiVlog1989 Жыл бұрын
@Andy Hayner thing is though, NASCAR had clearly made up their mind and weren't going to change it. They just decided to double down and allow the inevitable to take place (Robby Gordon take out Ambrose at the restart)
@ayehay5301 Жыл бұрын
@@SiVlog1989 Robby wouldn't have listened to NASCAR no matter what they said. It was up to the team to find a solution. With Robby racing for himself, I'm surprised the team didn't just pack their bags after Robby lined up in second.

robby gordon and ron fellows' car have the same design, sponsor and color. it's hard to tell the difference from a long distance
@kendall42456 жыл бұрын
Jake the youtuber yeah, I don't know why they think that was a good idea to have the same paint scheme which can confuse the spotters

The only difference was the bodywork. Ron ran a Chevrolet and Robby ran a Ford.

What a crazy race. I'm pretty sure that DeLana was really mad at Kevin after the race because he caused that last caution and tore up some KHI equipment 😂

Chris Rupe She didn't talk to him for a whole day and he was on her shit list for a while. I worked on the 33 car, and Ron really was just saving his stuff the whole race. We really had a shot at the win.

jeffrey roth Thats funny! You could kind of tell she was mad at the very end of the clip.
@jeffreyroth75176 жыл бұрын
Chris Rupe I forget exactly what she called him. But she didn't want to stand next to him in victory lane and was talking pretty bad about him to all of us. Basically saying he tore up $100,000 worth of cars to get a win that wouldn't be half that. She was a business lady first for sure.

jeffrey roth That's a true racing family right there.

You could not ask for a better race to introduce Quebec to an American National Series of NASCAR if you tried!

When Hornaday got turned, well that's just a good feeling. Guy was a moving obstacle for those opening laps. Slow, holding everyone up, driving wildly defensively.
