The brickyard is a HUGE track. And theres only 27 cars and 10 laps. The ONLY WAY there could have been any lapped cars were if someone had a flat tire or another crazy circumstance

No. Its a stop motion film. The cars aren't actually moving by themselves. He's moving them a little bit each time and taking a picture. So when you put all the pictures together, it looks like they are moving by themselves.

Tough day for the 11 team. A tire issue put us back I the pack, but "rallied" to a 19th place finish. Only 8 points back; we can easily make that up.
