Thanks for this. I changed my Xbox settings following your advice and suddenly my racing has come alive. I am literally flying and not losing control half as much as before.

As a desktop user without a wheel, if you mod the "left" stick on the game controller it makes a huge difference in terms of control and fine adjustments. Just "5 minute" epoxy a cheap paint tube cap (pack out the height by about 3/4 inch) on top of the left stick. A traditional "toothpaste" cap works really good as well. This way you have more leverage and finer control of steering. I couldn`t believe how much difference it made coupled with the right sensitivity setting---like night and day.

Mate can you help me please - I bought a Logitec G29 and I cannot this game to reconize the brake pedal yet I can do this on all others - is there not a spot on this where you go to calibrate this - it appears to react on the " Test Sensitivity " button to the throttle in that area and so one in the drive the car just drives in reverse ...any ideas please ? Having a problem with my pedals. I have the G29 Racing wheel. When I started up my game yesterday, Got to the track and could not start the car press the gas there is no response what so ever ! I am at a loss. I have checked all I know to check. Unplugged controller thinking that was causing a conflict somewhere. Controller is unplugged that didn't help. If anyone know what I am missing please let me know. Thanks !

I have a set up issue. When I went into a race my car would be in reverse and would just drive backwards. I went into the support section and deleted the inputs and re mapped them. The problem was I missed the X and Y I believe and now I can't toggle across the top of the screens to change sponsors or other tabs. Any ideas

@@ffjwe651 I figured mine out. You need to have your wheel on and controller off when launching into the game and it will work.

Mate, I was able to allocate all my wheel settings but still the drive will not drive forward it just revs - I tried adjusting all the things you mention in the video but still to no avail - it's like the clutch is stopping me from going but I set the clutch to clear so there is nothing there but it still just sits and I can rev and there is no forward motion ( a bit like the incredible hulk holding up the back of my car in the air whilst I rev ) and the gears are weird I have them set ay no 4 for down and 5 for up but both of them click up to 4 and wont come back - any help you can give me please ? You using a shifter? If so make sure its not on H pattern.

Hey Red thanks for the info but you did not mention the rotation setting your using for your wheel. 180, 270, 360 etc. I haven't tried these yet bit will report back. I just can't drive with any precision. Using an old Logitech G25 wheel.

First nascar game since ps2 days. Driving pocono in a hot seat truck. Barely nudging the stick in turns cause wheelspin and after 2 slow laps my rear right is at 80%. Any ideas?

Just got the g920 & having some issues. I can't up to 50mph without the wheel rotating left & right violently. It even does it while decelerating. Is this supposed to happen? Am I that bad at driving Nascar? Lol

lol, sounds like you have the centering spring turned on. Mine did it really bad when I first got the T150. Let me know if you get it sorted out. I know a ton of guys in my discord has the Logitech. Would love to have you join!

It's hard to get that feel without feedback of any sort. Even with controller I run with vibration enabled. That's a really hard question lol

Cool game, lame as hell on info. Is there any info anywhere on what does what and what affects what? Example: if I add air pressure ...what does that change, if I take air out what does that do? If I add wedge?....if I take wedge out....? What if I add weight to the left side vs. adding weight to the front. It's like ice skating with your skates held on your feet with duct tape. Adding wedge will tighten the car up taking it away will loosen it. If it won’t turn in corners take wedge out if it wants to spin out add wedge. I would only go 3 clicks at a time

Knock your sensitivity down to the 2nd click, it will make you way more steady!

@@tonyknoup98 u need to delete the game and it will save your progress and tern off the controller and plug in the steering wheel into the ps4 of xbox and tern on the steering wheel and reinstall the game and u should have the same performance as I did and if it didn't work am sorry.

Could be as simple as line, and running the track just a little different than I do. What kinda loose are you coming off the corner? Sliding loose, or over rotation snapping loose?

If you have a ps4 pro you can change the display to performance and it will take off the motion blur.

The only way to do it in PS4 is to go into system settings and change button layout there.
