NASCAR RACING EXPERIENCE, CHARLOTTE, 7/23/23

This was my 3 session 24 min drive, that NRE has owed me for almost a year. The weather was bad, a high % chance of rain after 1pm. Radar looked poor. They had a big crowd early, but they did a good job hustling all them through. They saved us with the longer drives for last. LUCKILY, RAIN HELD OFF TO ALLOW ME TO GET MINE DONE.

If I'm lucky, Rusty Wallace Racing Group will get a minimum number to do their Real Race experience either Aug 11-12 or Sept 1-2. If so I am there. That will be a good video. Two days of short track late model racing. Aprox 180 laps. One 10 lap race on Friday and two 25 lap features on Saturday! Stay tuned.....

Just letting you know, i crunched the numbers on this, and your lap time of roughly 45 seconds would grant you an average speed of... 120mph! blistering. Your top speed being likely between 120-130mph. For reference, in 2018 the pole time at this track for the coke 600 was a 28.149 and had an average speed of 192mph, with a top speed of just over 200mph

I'm doing research on this topic and thought i would share my findings with you. obviously the lap time you got in this was heavily determined by the chip on the car, and not your driving. Also did they tell you what your top speed was? and if you have any information on this experience you could share with me i would be grateful
