I’m a short track racer and I’m excited to see them back at the madhouse. Definitely don’t watch as much NASCAR as I used to have migrated more to short tracks. You are probably my main source for NASCAR news, but I hate to admit I don’t know how well these boys are gonna do jumping from a modified to a big heavy stock car like the next GEN. I know how hard it is jumping from a super light model to a limited light model and most of the time that’s only 300 pounds in the difference from a modified to a cup car I think is almost 1000 pounds

How NASCAR doesn’t have an equivalent to F1TV is mind blowing to me. 89 bucks a year for all the F1 I could ever want. Shows, archive races, all the support series. I’m a casual nascar fan but I would pay, it’s less money than getting all the channels I need to watch the nascar season.

True.... However, Tubi is like pre-1997 Fox... It is a unique mix of everything... I've name dropped Tubi plenty of times on my channel, thanks to them having an alliance with Filmrise, who brought in a nice batch of Canadian cartoons from Nelvana onto Tubi and CBS's Pluto TV... My channel icon is literally one of those amazing yet underrated characters.... Ace Ripley and Mendel of DN Ace from 2019.

Hey Eric, great video as always! It's interesting that NASCAR has all their media partners (FOX, Amazon, TNT/MAX, NBC, CW, etc.) that paid tons of money to get the rights to broadcast the races, qualifying and practice of the top 3 series and yet they turn around and announce a new free service with Tubi. Obviously none of others could provide them with a 24x7 content outlet (well, maybe Amazon could) but it's odd to me that they'd go elsewhere like this. Do you have any idea if they paid Tubi for this or did Tubi pay them or what?

I am glad to see NASCAR do something I am stoked about cause I don't love it like I used too, but as someone who doesn't mind looking for older races on KZbin, I like the fact Tubi is gonna work with NASCAR on this new NASCAR channel, I am not a huge streamer, but I wouldn't mind learning how to do tubi, but it be nice to watch older NASCAR programming like say The Day, or Refuse to lose, or Unrivaled, or even the NASCAR Hall Of Fame too. I'd like the sound of that mostly. But I never has used Tubi in my life, but I as a fan love that question through will we get to see re-airs of this years races cause I am still wondering how I am going to watch the Xfinity Series I can't get CW cause of the carriage dispute I am a Optimum customer my family is that is, so I really do not how can I, or could I but maybe knowing about that, or maybe getting on CW's website and watch that race there or I can on KZbin, But I don't know how I am going to that, but this new deal with NASCAR and Tubi might cure some of these problems, and hey Eric I think we found the cure for our blues in the Holidays of missing NASCAR find older races or this years. And we don't have do KZbin now to do that though it helps. My brother and sister do lot more streaming then me just so you know.

Oh wait I do have CW back on my TV YES!!!!! I can watch the Xfinity Daytona opener next month yay!!!! That's way better news for me and others who have a Tribune Broadcasting affiliate station like I do in Houston. That's better news than what I think is gonna happen to our Texans cause I don't think we can win at Arrowhead which we haven't since 2004. And more bad news Joe Buck is calling the game and other than 2017 World Series win I am not a huge fan of his, cause he usually brings bad luck to Houston teams called playoff last year Texans lost I think it happen again Eric sorry! So I don't have to rely on Tubi to get some races for me, even though I still want to try that.

Worth noting that southern modified drivers like Brown and Myers struggle to even qualify on the extremely rare occasions they attempt to run modified events in the northeast. Southern modifeds are modified in the lite sense. It’s been that way since I started attending races in the early 70s. Only a handful of exceptions like Satch Worley could compete with the big boys. RIP to Truex Sr-saw him at all the big events on the old, pre-tour northern modified circuit. Always a class act.
