Joey Logano- If remember, joey was always the nice guy glad to be hear so young and not living up to his earned short track reputations. This incident at California ignited a new "joey Logano" one that would wind u[ a champion as opposed to the guy that was close to losing another quality ride (lost the Gibbs ride previously) . Also many don't like him and I guess that kind of goes hand in hand with racing. Nice guys and giving guys a break, leaving room, etc etc will not generally always pay off. Not only for the win but with the cars as close as they are now it wont even pay of for "track position" Joey Logano saved his career on that day going for the win even if at the expense of others and a crash! A proud moment IMO.

Alex V. He actually thought the Head Restraint System was dangerous. He wasn’t and still isn’t wrong. However it definitely is safer then not having it. Kinda like wearing a full face helmet on a motorcycle. You are slightly less likely to have an accident without a helmet but much more likely to die if you don’t. The Head Restraint System interferes with your ability to drive and makes you slightly more likely to have an accident. I’d wear the damn thing for sure, Dale simply had a massive amount of self confidence and it turns out he was wrong.
