Wow, Brad’s comment about not knowing if Miller was coming back is kind of a shocker. Miller Lite and the 2 car is iconic at this point.

I wish Nascar would go back to 600 miles straight. Go back without the stages, I think the races are longer because of that.
@tiffanymorrell75834 жыл бұрын
I agree on stages I feel it slows the race down.
@MrGrumblier4 жыл бұрын
I like the stages myself. Long races like the CC 600 were 5 minutes of action followed by 4 hours of single file semi-boredom ending with 7 minutes of insane action. The stages add to the races since it is almost like getting 3 races in one.
@dchawk814 жыл бұрын
Maybe they should just do 20 laps total so it's all action. Make it like a 10 minute race you can catch in entirety while pooping. 😀

@dwayneae4 жыл бұрын
James Buckey Ageed but the drivers don’t usually choose their number. It’s owned by the team.
@MrGrumblier4 жыл бұрын
Unlike sports like hockey and baseball, you can't have duplicate numbers in NASCAR. With up to 40 cars in each race, you would quickly end up having triple digit numbers if they started retiring them. For example, the Montreal Canadiens and Boston Bruins, two of the oldest NHL teams around, have only 2 single digit numbers left that are unretired each - 6 and 8 for Montreal and 1 and 6 for Boston. NASCAR only has a maximum of 109 single and double digit numbers they can use for each series while in other sports each team can use 1 through 99 (although the NBA adds 0 and 00 but not 01 or 09 for some reason). Since the numbers stay with the cars in NASCAR, they need more than the 40 that will be in the race since not everyone qualifies or even enters every race.

Why there was a caution on the 21st lap? There was no any wrecks or accidents, so why? Who decides a caution is necessary?
@BoNixforMVP11 ай бұрын
I know this was three years ago but a it was a completion caution because I think there was no practice or qualifying so if the drivers didn't like the cars NASCAR would let the teams adjust the cars
