I dont know, 2 laps after the restarts field really spreads out, seems a few cars could come on up a couple of positions but thats it. Not a lot of battles or passing.

NASCAR, please let them go back and race on the old, original course with the Carousel through the turn 7. Much more exciting and, IMO as a former photog at this track, requires more skill. The first few races at Sears Point (1989 - 1992) were amazing.

Lol. Way different class buddy. There’s a reason nascar only does 2-4 road course a year. F1 cars are a whole different breed girlscout. Truex wouldn’t last one race in Indy car or let alone F1

This video doesn't even show what happened to Hamlin, or any of the cautions for that matter. The quality of these highlights compared to other top tier motorsport series is piss poor. They do a restart and the NASCAR channel doesn't even show you why. Time to find a 3rd channel party that actually does a proper highlight video...

Truex is a badass, it takes a real driver to run these road courses. All the shifting, and braking, uphill downhill, s curves you name it, instead of the basic tracks where you just go around and around, where there might be some shifting. And then the superspeedways Daytona, Talladega probably the easiest ones you're just pedal to the metal following a chain of cars waiting for the end of the race waiting to get lucky and stay out of a wreck, nothing special there.

@@LordBurger if you know NASCAR, and you know road course, a driver is constantly shifting, and breaking 100 times one lap around the course. They used to put cameras and show you the sequence of the feet work the drivers had to do in one lap, it's just ridiculous what movement they need to keep up with on a road course lap after lap. They are not doing that on a oval, certain ones they shift, and break, but not like a road course, and they barely touched there throttle or brake on a super speedway, you don't need to drive the car to know that, they show you the drivers gauges on the television, and the professionals on TV tell you that, I listen to the former old school drivers for quite some time, I'm 65 watch Nascar since and I have took an old bucket of rust around a local dirt track time or two.
