I totally get where Bill was coming from, but Dale didn't spin Geoff in turn 1. Dale definitely sent him in with a good bump draft, but Geoff tried to take the (sizeable) nose off of Elliott's T-Bird. Now in the tri-oval and turn 1/2, Dale definitely chopped him. However, Dale was defending the lead and was willing to risk getting spun to hold his position. Bill was also trying to tear the bumper off Dale's car through the center of every turn, but you can't help it when your car has THAT much more forward bite.
@joeyjohnson48263 жыл бұрын
Despite bill whinning, you watched dale Earnhardt, in a slower car, drive his ass off... Bill was knocking the shit out of him... lesser driver would have slid up and given up the line, or spun out... Dale did neither, and drove tha bitch to victory lane ... end of it... Bill 😭😭😭😭... end of it... GOAT... 😁

Dale did spin him. That's the most unstable part of the whole track, if you watch any of the in-car you see that the car is extremely loose right there and Dale rammed the right corner of Geoff's bumper, it's what sent him into Bill. It was genius, honestly. Dale never missed a chance to get in both of their heads because at that point they were his toughest competition.
