I just love at 2:14 Kevin Harvick realized that he doesn't have a hat like he goes to grab something from his head (maybe sunglasses to put on his hat) and he forgets that he doesn't have a folds of honor hat. Most national anthem at nascar races today Kevin Harvick always has his hat with him but I think this race and dover playoffs 2019 his hat got denied. Also great race for the first time in nascar history that Kyle Busch and Kurt Busch finish 1, 2 with Kyle winning and Kurt coming 2nd. I hope we can see it many more times in the next few years of nascar

look at any of the older races from the late 70's to early 80s.....you could watch the sport, and pick up a car like the one being raced at the track. In addition it was a more contact vehicle sport, and much more intense, now its very sterile.....and just a boring circle.

I allways wonder why they have so many Oval tracks, and none of them go clockwise... why not??? then there is this, wtf... and why is it called a SPRINT cup series... the races are longer than almost anything else, so unlike the sprint of 100M in athletics, the sprint in motor racing is longer than anything not the Endurance racing like the 24hr Le Mans. So we have order of length : Endurance, sprint and then the regular...

They don't go clockwise because then the driver would be closer to the side wall. And Sprint is the sponsor of the series. Sprint is a wireless company in the USA.

1015ec Imho, they really should have moved the driver to the center of the car ages ago for safety reason, to my knowledge the last 3/4 deaths were driver side collitions either backwards to the outside or to the inside wall. and then they could easily make some races, just 1 or 2 reverse and thanks for the Sprint info :D I live like 8000Miles away, I doubt I can get Sprint coverage over here :D

GT touring racers would have no issue schooling NASCAR racers with their BMW's Porsche, Ferrari etc . I would love to see a NASCAR driver, in his "Stock car" (oxymoron) go up against a 650BHP Porsche for 250 laps. The stock cars take corners at what 110 MPH? lol a touring cars average speed on a turn is 125-145 mph depending on the driver and car in question on straight aways reaching 200+ mph is no issue for a touring car which can do that for 250 laps while a stock-car will have to change tires and a variety of parts out by lap 80

+Fightlikabrave I understand but Road doesnt mean F1. I love Indycar, DTM and other road formule. Three wide for me is great if they stay three wide through left and right handers and see who can hang in there. Unfortunately the nature of constructors championships tends to mean a single team will dominate any season. An oval race has many great things but the fight under braking. left and right turns where the advantage can switch on each corner is what excites me.
