'Oh, all NASCAR racing is are a bunch of cars driving around in a circle!' Judging from this footage I'd say those people are talking out of their asses...it's more like chess on wheels in a 200 mph slipstream... There are many awesome sounds out there- big V8s at the 200 mph mark is one of them!

That’s propaganda that was put out by other series out of envy when nascar was thriving. I raced 25yrs In 4 series literally from 4-25yrs old. So from my point short tracks and road courses are about the same. Brake to apex throttle out. My first time at Daytona and dega I realized how much knowledge and experience is required to even get a top 15-20 finish. It’s not the simple match the gear box ahead of you and beat them out of the corner. It takes a lot of screwing up before you are able to get speedway racing down.

You’re welcome, glad you enjoyed. Yea you can watch it on NASCAR’s website, the live section is called race buddy. I don’t do it like that as I record them through a software and plays better live but is a more complicated process to setup to be able to watch
