Assalam o alaikum.Very nice information lakin please apni next video mein yeh bhi explain ker de ke Agar hum wait loss kerna chahty hai.Aur intemitiet diet follow kerty hai.lakin uthny ke bad first excercise aur late breakfast kerna ka Kya koi side effect hoty hai confusion clear ker dy right way after awaking.

Asalam o alikum dr Ayesha Main ny keti diet ki thi jo bohat successful rahi aur mera kafi weight kam bhi ho gaya ab main ny 1.5 years sy keto chor di hy aur main thora weight aur kam krna chahti hun ap please meri help kr skti hain Main 8 kgs kam krna chahti hun aur phir weight maintaim bhi krna chahti hun Ma'am main din main sitf aik time khana khati hun jis main jau /bajra/besan roti leti hun kabhi labhi quinoa bhi ly leti hun aur salan jo bhi ghr main bna hua hota hy wo aur 1 cup dood pati chai phir us k 2 hrs k bad aik aur cup chai ly leti hun Ma'am main intermittent fast krti hun 18:6 ka to jab meal leti hun to itni long fasting k bad portion control nhi kr skti ap please meri help kr skti hain
