You can eat two boiled eggs in the morning, in the afternoon chana chaat with cucumber and tomato and in the evening you can have half roti with lot of salad and Salan, ginger tea empty stomach grate Ginger keep it aside , boil one mug water, now add ginger, cover it for 10 minutes, now now drink it when it is lukewarm, don't boil ginger,,1 hour morning walk is compulsory. You can cover your hunger with a lot of cucumber when you feel hunger you must eat cucumber because it has very low low calories. And if you can afford night walk 1 hour with morning walk also it would be wonderful 👍 Do share your results.
