Nashua residents have long appreciated the varied opportunities offered at Greeley Park, located in the North End. With a full range of playing fields and tennis courts, the park offers jogging and hiking trails, a playground, the Rotary Band Shell for summertime performances and is host to the numerous festivals and events all year, such as "Art in the Park".

Roby Park, a 60 acre park includes 2 softball fields, a sledding hill and outdoor ice rink - both lit up at night.

Nashua High School South was recently remodelled in 2002 when the second high school, Nashua North was built. Nashua is also home to Bishop Guertin High School, a coeducational Catholic high school. Several small colleges are also located here, such as Daniel Webster College, Nashua Community College, Rivier University and others.
The Nashua Airport is a public use airport, with flight schools and on demand charter air.
