I've got to give you props, you covered a lot in 5 minutes! The warehouse you were next to downtown was once owned by Charles Nelson who owned a distillery in my hometown and was at one time the largest whiskey producer/distributor in the state. I made a video about him and the distillery a while back if you're interested
