Nashville session player's bass chain

One cool thing about working in a city like Nashville is checking out what these pro studio guys have in their rigs.
Mark Hill (one of my fave bassists on the planet) has a quick carry portable rack with the Rupert Neve 517 for some gain, the Acme Audio XLA-500 for some compression (preferring fast and normal attack settings depending on the song), and finally the Trident Audio 80B eq to add some deep low end.
