I read the book and didn't pay attention.I got a 59 which wasn't too bad for not even knowing anything.I have watched your videos numerous times now and actially paid attention and went along with you in that fat ass textbook that looked intimidating. Which now holds a bowl with kale and cucumbers for my bearded dragon.I feel good enough to just watch your videos and I know i could pass but you have me so interested in the himan body.I cant stop reading.I even leatned that the part of a womans body that holds the baby is not called the baby maker.I have went over your videos again and again and the practice tests I am getting 98s on.I really would have liked to find your channel before I paid for the course and then paid for a study guide for the course.Your breakdowns are unmatched on 100s of videos I watched. Its a full chapter you go over in detail. If you were one of my instructors when I was younger,I could have learned more efficiently.I suspect as personal training gets more popular, with the social media crowd and they get serious into it that your channel gets the credit it deserves. If you are reading this comment.Go over all of these that he puts out first.Learn them, understand them. This is a complete break down and not some 8 minute shit video with a bunch of trash you don't need. There is no short cut with NASM if you do not have any prior experience. This is the one stop shop for the whole book.If you have a patreon I would love to support you,or if I could buy some body design merchandise..I felt you needed to know that so you keep doing this.I truly don't think views are your main concern.I believe you just want people to understand and pass. You are without a doubt Elite status.

At the end in your example of stretching the hamstring and contracting the quad.. is the hamstring the agonist, and the Quad the Antagonist ??

Hey Amy, good question. Technically, the quad would be the agonist, since it is providing the active force generation to a reciprocally inhibited hamstrings (antagonist). Does that make sense?
