Would love a case scenario with a client and applying the phases with the acute variables. When to change and exercise. How often to challenge client.

What if the client has peripheral neuropathy not due to diabetes but compressed nerves from a herniated disc? How does one go about training those underactive muscles?

Incredibly helpful - thank you for this resource! Quick question - If I were developing a monthly training plan, is there a preferred duration for each phase if I were doing linear periodization?

Did you mix up eccentric and concentric or did I just have them mixed up. Concentric is shortening so lowering on bench and eccentric is lengthening or pushing. Is that incorrect?

Nevermind thinking of wrong muscle. Lowering lengthens chest muscle while pushing up shortens it.
