😂😂 parts of New Providence do have their charm and I have a lot of friends there and do enjoy the island every time I visit. BUT I still much prefer any of the our islands.

I mean you showed downtown, the most touristy part of the island. If you went to the right places it is the same as what you showed in abaco

I completely agree that I could’ve shown better parts of New Providence and worse parts of the Abacos but nowhere in the Abacos will you find any American chains like that, any traffic like that, or any city that is remotely close to Nassau. Marsh is from from Nassau

I’m a little lost with this response. I am just making a point (admittedly in dramatic fashion) that when most of the world thinks about the Bahamas all they think about is Nassau when there are soooooo many more places in the Bahamas that can give you a more authentic laid back island experience (even on New Providence). If someone is looking for the experience that Nassau has to offer then by all means go and enjoy the city! For my likings, I do not like Nassau at all.

That’s a hard one! I have spent a lot of time down in Exuma and I really do like it down there, but for a completely different reason than The Abacos. Much like Harbour Island, the Exumas are a place that I love to visit and could easily go for a week or two every year. On the contrary, the Abacos are a place where I could live.
