The Bangsamoro Government, through the Bangsamoro Planning and Development Authority (BPDA) and in partnership with the BTA Policy Research and Legal Services (PRLS), is currently spearheading the first-ever Bangsamoro Development Policy Research Forum on September 25, 2024 at the Ibrahim Hall of the Em Manor Hotel and Convention Center in Cotabato City. The event marks BARMM’s participation in this year’s nationwide celebration of Development Policy Research Month, with the theme “Securing a Future for All by Growing a Resilient Middle Class.”

The Bangsamoro and the Acehnese have some similarities, but as time passes the Bangsamoro state also has some differences. How the Acehnese gained their autonomy in the past may still be relatable in some ways, but the rest is not. 👍
