My first time in therapy i cried too much like a baby, lately i started becoming more comfortable... but my first experience was crazy and healing, cause i always thought that i couldnt bother people i love with my problems, feeling like i always had to be the most positive to them, with a teraphy i didnt feel "guilty" of "spending people time with my problems" cause i was paying for it! 🤣 I took off a weight of my shoulders! 😌💝 please take care of you guys mental health!
