Wag puro adobo ang gawin mong luto sa atay at balunbalunan ng manok, masarap din ang may sarsa na manamis namis ang lasa.
INGREDIENTS:
- cooking oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 thinly sliced ginger
- 1 small sliced onion
- 350g chicken gizzards ( balunbalunan ), cleaned
- 380g chicken liver ( atay )
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 cup sprite or any lemon soda
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce, add more as needed
- hot water
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 medium size potato
- 1 medium size carrot
- 1/2 bell pepper
- chili flakes
-12 pcs. hard boiled quail eggs
