Guys don't stress about episode length as much. It's more fun for us if you guys are able to get carried away and have fun without even thinking of time constraints. Just make the video as long as it needs to be. That's the best way to do it. This is the age of 4 hour long podcasts people enjoy long form content aslong as it's engaging.

What do I love about watching F1? The engineering and sheer skill and precision required to drive those cars, also fast cars go fast. I think the bigwigs of F1 are bending the rules to create more of a spectacle to bring in more viewers, which I'm not a fan of and think it's bad for the sport. But I disagree that it's 'scripted' or rigged in any driver's favour. The decisions made at the end of the last race were done to avoid an anticlimactic safety car end to a season filled with drama and controversy. If the roles were switched, I think the same sort of scenario would've happened.

I'm the same age as Moog and been building cars since I was 13/14 since its what my family did. I like doing it more now than ever. The more you do, the more you learn and it gets easier. Although I can't relate on the tired part... I feel younger now than I did 10 years ago. The only problem is everything costs so much more now than even a year ago.

I think F1 is super duper interesting from an engineering perspective, I also think these drivers are absolutely insane from a physical and mental perspective. These guys are just on another level driving wise. I also think this season provided an insane fight we haven’t seen for a while, which is why people are so excited. On the conspiracy thing, I think it’s ridiculous to say that anyone fixed the championship. RedBull made a good strategy call, and the whole safety car madness wasn’t an ideal decision but it was won within the situation at hand. I don’t think anyone believes it was scripted from the beginning.

Absolutely. F1 is exciting because some of the best drivers and engineers in the world come together to make the fastest car, and then race it around the world at ridiculous speeds. It's definitely not a scripted show like the wrestling they mentioned. The only big problem this season was the lack of consistency in the race direction and stewarding, which will hopefully change for next season.

MCM boardgame: The goal of the game is to drive around a track with a Subaru without blowing the engine. Diceroll to see if you successfully downshift in corners. chance card that either have upgrades for the car like , turbo,coils and so on that makes you go faster around the track. but also spun crankshaft bearings that makes you have to go straight to the garage and pass 2 turns. It would be maaad.

I love the technical and strategy element of F1, however, enjoy watching F2 much more due to the smaller teams and closer racing. The reverse grid sprint races make for very tight racing and also the drivers are generally there on racing merit with money playing a lesser part as it does in F1.

I'm not an F1 "fan" as such, I'll watch the highlights when I realise I missed the race .. which is 90% of the time. I guess F1 is top of the pile because it is the bleeding edge of technology honed to make the fastest best handling cars on the planet, driven by the best drivers. The tech filters down to the cars we can actually buy, and then theres some strategy thrown in for good measure. So it's kind of good for all those reasons but agreed it can be a bit of a boring watch sometimes, but the final race this season was simply epic.

The Netflix series though was a blast almost made me a fan again actually.... but nope... last race of this season as you said was epic (but missed it...)

F1 took a little while for me to get into starting with highlight videos and yada yada yada on the surface it just seemed alright. What eventually got me hooked, and I think will hook you too Marty, is learning about the innovations. How the hybrid systems work, the aerodynamics, how the teams are engineering around problems and finding marginal gains in efficiency, and the racecraft (hopefully more prominent next season onward) is also amazing. That's what I'm watching when I watch F1. The drivers, the drivers championship and the teams are all kinda secondary to me, but is what F1 puts forward first into the world and people tend to take it or leave it.

The interesting thing about f1 is not just the racing itself. Everything is not about the fastest car but also the strategy etc. THE IMMENSE SPEEEEEDS is also nice! I also love the insanely advanced technology which is compared between the cars during each race where updates are made to the cars. BTW love da show!

I like F1 because it’s a true global sport, they go all over the world in a season with drivers also from all over the world. It’s the only racing series that can legitimately call the guy with the most points at that end a world champion. Also, a lot of the personalities of the drivers are great. If you guys look into Daniel Ricciardo (an Aussie too!), Lando Norris, Carlos Sainz, and even though he just retired Kimi Raikkonen, you’ll become fans too.

From a lifelong F1 fan what I love about F1 is pretty simple, seeing some of the best drivers and teams in the world actually racing going wheel to wheel and overtaking, this year has seen some excellent racing, sometimes fair sometimes not, its a shame for me that it ended like the way it did, a red flag then a 5 lap race at the end would have avoided all the conspiracy and controversy and we might have seen a 5 lap battle for the title

Try Indy car or ISMA or other racing series that aren’t made for men that need to watch soap operas while crying like women. F1 sucks so much ass it’s unbearable. Yes, you can tow a boat with electric car. Will you get somewhere with it ? NO , most models do not have a trailer hitch available. TFL tried towing a trailer for a horse (empty) behind Tesla Model X (very powerful suv) and got 6x more energy usage (trailer is not aerodynamic in shape). Out of scale for graph in power consumption. Can you tow ? Yes. But maximum 100 km in a car that has maybe 400 km range, then you have to stop for charging -- so 1 hour driving, 1-2 hours (depends on if you have an empty charger) for charging :) Not fun at all.

Dashcam Segment explaining laws and how many get them wrong... like merging lanes if someone is in front of you in a lane that is merging, they have the right of way and you should slow down to allow them to merge, not speed up forcing them onto the shoulder... etc.. that seems to be the most common that I see....
