Nat, I get restless legs syndrome, I promise you this, wrap your calves as tight as you can without cutting off the circulation. You can buy socks too but I prefer long stretchy bandages! Pls try and good luck to you!

Hey Blayne, how did you manage to collapse your lung? That lung fluid briefcase is called an under water sealed drain. So great to see you guys on the same channel together! Great interview. It’s always encouraging to hear openness about mental health. I’m also a nurse and a Dad of 4 kids. Metal has been important to me with my own mental health. Thanks for another great video. Keep em coming! 🤘🏿

I'm a huge fan of this guy. From the South Shore of Boston. A-Town old from Plymouth Rock. And I wondered the same thing about the x's on his hands about being straight edge. And I said no way this guy's straight As you definitely likes to get banged up parody talks about the bubble all the time period in the United States you have those axes on your on let me just straightedge and you don't have to anyting. Not even cigarettes. Anyways Nats what I reckon is a champion. A bloody champion. That story he told about his father broke my heart because I have two boys. And ever since I heard that I always call them Gina be anybody what to do and where they're going or what the what's going on. Positive reinforcement. If it doesn't work it doesn't work but at least you tried. And I think that's what's important. And I was supporting that until the day I die because of that story. Absolutely awesome idea

Idk how true this is, but in high school, I don’t know if you’d classify jazz as classical music, but it does use classical instruments if you will. But apparently, metal fans and classical fans are a lot a like. Idk how so. But I mean I do love a piano I’m just sayin. When I heard this I don’t know what it meant by “a like” but there’s that. Again I don’t really know how true that is.

the ocean advice is spot on. even just sitting by the ocean does a lot but yeah, taking a dip really takes you out of your current state. less alcohol and excersice is also spot on. it all depends on how you are feeling at the moment. :)
