Да нет ничего удивительного, так же как и Азербайджан дал России 12, а Кипр и Греция каждый год обмениваются 12 баллами. Или возникновение огромных ножниц между баллами жюри и зрителей (Польше привет из 2016) Говорить об не пристрастности жюри, в данном случае, просто нет возможности.
