It is NOT impossible after a certain age to gain amazing flexibility. It may be harder than if a person starts at a young age but learning it when older is definitely not an impossible thing. I know from my own life.

well, being a rhythmic gymnast requires a large amount of dance skills hence all the ballet training they do!

You should have been more specific then if you know where are her skills coming from and do not correct me because I, myself, was a rhythmic gymnast.

No wonder she's so good - she obviously came from rhythmic gymnastics, I mean, look at her technique:) I'm not saying that's bad, I enjoyed the performance a lot, but still... 90% of rhythmics and only a bit of pole moves=/
