It's a shame we never heard from Jennifer Turner (the guitarist) after this album. She had enormous talent.

Jen was the guitarist with Joseph Arthur during his Lonely Astronauts period. The 'Let's Just Be' album she played on was a bit of a mess unfortunately, but the live shows they did in 2006-2007 for that one and 'Nuclear Daydream' were great.

Peak Natalie! And no lip-synch. No autotune. 100% live. I get the vibe that N and her excellent female guitarist were an item.

A huge part of being a great artist, is picking a great guitar player for your band. A lot of great front-people don't play guitar at all. The examples are numerus. Ozzy, Bowie, Jagger, Plant, etc. Natalie, is Such a gifted singer. Pair her with this phenomenal guitar player that she has right here, and you've hit the gold vein.
