Maybe it’s just me venting but, my cat Fluffy passed away about a year ago. He was overweight and possibly had cancer or liver/kidney diseases. He was 16 and I was 15 we were so close it’s ridiculous. He got me though the hardest things I’ve had to live with, my declining heath, my depression, surgeries.. all of it he was there for me to cry on. Seeing him sick and go from 18 pounds to maybe 7?.. I could see his bones and it broke me. I grieved while he was alive. The last few days he was alive he hid in closets, under beds or anywhere I was afraid I’d come home to find him already gone. But.. thankfully I got to cuddle him and fall asleep with him one last time. I like to believe be understood what was gonna happen later on so he gave me the last of his love he could. We brought him to the vet to put him down. I never really got to grieve properly so now whoever I think of him I just wanna cry. Life is really sad without him.. I miss him everyday and my homesceen is him. He was such a handsome cat, grey and white with the brightest green eyes ever. A cute pink nose made it perfect.. I guess if your reading this all I can say is to cherish the time you have with your family/pats life won’t be the same without them..
