Spring. Grew up around the equator, so no seasons. My first spring: I was shook! After a long Canadian winter complete with snow in May, to see leaves and flowers again was such a relief. I literally cried. I thought it’d never happen 🤷🏻‍♀️

You are the best youtuber on KZbin, in my opinion. Thank you for the content you put out and sharing little glimpses into your family life. I know some just show them but it’s nice to see them help and pick up some of the messes they made. Be proud. You will be so thankful of getting rid of extra things. I wish I had gotten rid of of all the extra when I was your age instead of moving unneeded stuff house to house. The book that really influenced me was Swedish Death Cleaning which talks about not leaving our children with a house full of stuff to get rid of after you die. I had gone through helping my mom downsize 3 times to smaller and smaller places. She wanted to keep everything she had ever owned so we had many hurting words spoken. I vowed not to leave my three kids that burden.

So inspirational! We are a family of six and need to de clutter so bad but the thought gives me anxiety 😬! My twin girls are still in that toddler potty training stage and having multiple sheets (we just do bottom sheets) are a must. My favourite season is summer! I live in Canada so they are short and sweet. Thanks for sharing your linen closet declutter - I actually keep 2 sets of sheets per bed because I like to let my sheets air dry during the night and pop them in the dryer for 10 mins in the morning. It saves $ on our hydro bill and it doesn't use as much energy since the sheets are 90% dry by morning. I'm a minimalist but intentionally trying to take small steps on reducing my environmental impact! Keep up the great work Natalie, you are a joy to watch :)

Wow this declutter 🤩 I’ve seen every episode of messy to minimal and I’m impressed by the amount you got rid of this time! But when you have less, you see the things you actually use and which don’t get used and it makes it easier to get rid of even more. We have 2 sets of sheets per bed as well, I think it’s resonable if someone gets sick etc.

I always have a box in my basement for the thrift store. When I find things to get rid of I put them in that box. When it’s full I drop it off. It’s hard to get rid of everything you don’t need at once. Doing it in stages will make you realize what can go.
