I like the way you presented this and how to not make it a problem. It would help to know if you indeed PUT gaps on the resume itself... or just put down the last time you worked?

Thanks! Natalie for doing a video on this topic. This is me. I have a lot of Gap and I am self conscious. So according Secret and The Power: Rhonda Byrne: We attract what we focus. I never thought about it regards to my gaps and how I feel less than. I am going to try to not focus on my gaps no more and focus on my strengths, and skills, and abilities. I may that course soon. Wishing you Well and Thank you!!!

Hi, I am a BE in Computers. I passed in 2008 with 76.4 % from Mumbai University. I worked for six years in an IT company. Then I quit my job in 2014 June to prepare for govt jobs . I studied for 2 years and gave a few attempts. 2018 was my last attempt.Couldn't clear. Trying to join back in IT since 2018 but tough luck due to gap and technology changes. Could you suggest an explanation for my gap ?

Don't you think employers would worry about previous illness, like you're a 'risk', even if it's not true.
