my tip to you is that you should always have a stash of pads/tampons in your backpack at all times and also to time when you will need to change it if your teacher doesn't allow you to use the bathroom

Get a couple of nice make up bags, one for your bag and one for your locker, put in a change of underwear, 3 or 4 pads, 3 or 4 tampons, some small plastic bags ( in case there is an accident and you need to remove bloody underwear and keep it in your bag) and some wet wipes. If you can, keep some yoga pants in your locker in case of an accident. Hope this helps xoxo

It really just depends on your teacher when I was in secondary school only certain teachers allowed gum, charging your phone or whatever almost the same applies for highschool although my teachers in my freshman year were pretty chill. Usually if you don't piss the teachers off or disturb the class you should be able to do whatever

My problems with school 1. No drinks (unless it's water) 2: Math 3: Tests (mainly reading because they make us do higher grade level work) 4: It's eight (and I mean 8) hours of school 5: NO FIDGET SPINNERS 6: No jackets (I don't know why) 7: They make us stand outside in the cold during winter 8: Reading 9: We can barely use computers 10: NO PHONES 11: NO GUM 12: Homework 13: They make us practice every little thing for no reason 14: Lunch (it's disgusting) 15: It's dirty (bugs, rats, etc. I hate my school) Not problems 1: I get to see my friends 2: P.E 3: Recess 4: We get candy 5: Kahoot (if you don't know what that is, it's a game where they test you on knowledge or different things like history or science. It has a top 5 leader board. It's always a big contest to see who gets up there. It's really fun) Notice how there's more problems than good things
