You’re doing great. We both lost our moms, our aunts passed around the same time. I got the flu. My father cancer I believe is coming back his blood work didn’t look good. It’s feels so weird. For my eyes I use the same contour sticks I use for the rest of my face. I use Kiko Milano and I'M MEME contour sticks. They both blend easily for a natural look and they also don't cause any irritation in the eye area. I've been using CeraVe healing ointment at night in the area to slug after applying retinol cream. Its definitely helped to smooth the lid area and under eye area.

Hi Haydee!! I love the Kiko Milano. I have to look for mine. It’s been a while since I’ve used that stick. I was looking at another one on Amazon because I’m looking for options for my cheek contour. I do love my rare beauty, but I’m looking for other options. But there’s something about this Armani formula for my eyes and I’m just obsessed with so I’m just praying they will bring it back soon lol I like your little method for therapy. They have such great products and I’m sure it works really well with retinol I haven’t used retinol in years, but I remember it used to dry out my skin so much. And don’t worry everyone struggles with false lashes. I’ve been wearing them for over 25 years now and I still am not always great. I have super sensitive eyes so I get so frustrated with most lash glue and lash bands that I always try to find ones that don’t affect me as much. When starting your last journey I always recommend starting with Ardell lashes. They’re just really easier to apply than most lashes. I love the Ardell lashes have a thin band so you don’t have to fuss with it too much and they’re just easier to go on. But I do give a lot of good tips in that video from what I learned from my mom. I have my bad lash days all the time lol! It’s funny because my greatest memory with my mom was sitting at her makeup table, watching her put her Ardell lashes on every morning thinking I can’t wait to do that someday and now look at me. I can’t leave the house without my false lashes, lol Apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. She was the expert at false last years. I told her that she should’ve had stock in a lash glue. 😂 being a professional NBA dancer I feel like I had to put lashes on every single night for games and appearances. You would think that I would be an expert too, but there are some days where those lashes just really wanna mess with me lol! The greatest tip I can always give people is take your time with them when you’re in a rush is when things go wrong so if you know you’re gonna put false lashes on, definitely allow yourself that time. I will have to do an updated one for sure. I do have a short as well.
