So I’d purchased this pallet and was about to return it until watching your video because it didn’t seem to be very impactful and the brown shade looked a bit muddy on me . I followed your tutorial and voila, produced a similar look. Thank you for explaining the purpose of this pallet as a neutral staple good for an every day occasion. I’m 53 and having worked from home for the past 16 years had fallen off the self care wagon. Your videos have been so helpful in assisting me with product selection and application. I think the Mini Starlette and the Mini Rose would work well together! This palette is such a surprise. It's beautiful on you! I thought it would be a lot more pink. Because it has a mauve undertone, it would work with berry tones on the lips and mauve blushes. Hope you're right about the upcoming midi. Thanks for the video!💚

I think I will wait for the midi. 😀 BTW, speaking of traumatic kid camp stories: When my twins had just turned five, their day camp took them to a local beach along Lake Washington. My husband had just left to pick them up at the rec center when I received a call from a lifeguard at the beach saying that they had one of my daughters. The van left with the other kids leaving my daughter wandering around alone! I don’t know how she remembered our phone number (we still had a land line then) but she did! It was terrifying to think what could have happened to her. Not to fuel your anxiety or anything!

I picked it up also. Great every day or travel. Taking it and the Mini Starlette (which pulls a little more peachy one me) is a great pairing. Retro is one of my favorites, and I like the different formulation of the repeated shadows. Also..you’re always lovely, but your skin is especially stunning in this video!

That’s an absolutely beautiful palette! I have the retro, but even if I’d had all her others (haha, if I wanted to spend all that money in one place) I do really love the minis if just for the sake of having a nice little curated collection in one place for something quick when I’m in a hurry in the morning and need to look polished but don’t want to think too hard. I really appreciate you comparing it with the Starlet mini (especially showing swatches of both) because they do have similarities but upon seeing them like this I feel as though this new one is more neutral. I live in Canada, so ND is no longer available from Sephora so I have to give a little more thought when buying her products as I need to order from her site or from Beautylish in the US, and there are shipping minimums and charges……

I think this would work well with the INAN palette. I believe it would give the Xenon palette a bit more versatility. I might pick it up on sale. I am not desperate for it though.

To me this another ND palette marketed as pink leaning but it is definitely peach which I cannot wear. I made this mistake with the Starlet mini. It’s gorgeous on you with your warm skin tone however.

I know exactly what you mean by pink/pink... love/not. I too am not a Barbie pink girl at all... but LOVE pink/brick colors on my eyes... and you can't beat a hot pink/fuchsia sweater!!!! I really wanted to try ND eye shadows and purchased the Starlette mini many months ago. I do prefer this one to that. I like the mattes in this pallette better. I find her sparkly shadows to have A LOT of fall out. I' use a great base and have applied with both brushes and my finger. I'm still wearing the sparkles down my cheeks no matter which application I use. Thank you for a great video. I'll consider this one. Your eyes look GORGEOUS.

In theory the mini palettes are good for travel. However, on most of mine, the plastic hinges have broken on them 😢 The packaging doesn’t seem to hold up so they are now on the travel banned list!
