Honestly, I'm shocked you don't receive this in PR. I want your opinion before I spend my money. Thank you for the honesty and review. I stopped buying from a different brand because of the customer service lying to me. It's so frustrating

Im glad you got refunded since it came broken 🙏🏼 it took too long to get to your hands :( I bought it in the Sephora online (Europe) and got it even sooner than I expected (was quite surprised) but they only had the eyeshadow palette and thank god cause I did not waste it on the trio highlights and gloss! But I do LOVE the eyeshadow palette

I have been wearing this palette with only the mattes, outstanding. I did that with the GLAM palette too absolutely stunning looks with the mattes. Of course she is known for her shimmers but her mattes blend like a dream for me and look stunning. You need to be on her PR LIST ---- you are over due.

I would like give positive comments on two companies with fantastic customer service experiences, and they are BK Beauty and Lisa Eldridge. Any problems were resolved well, and they showed care for the consumer. I will always order from them both.

Well handled, Charlotte! It is a mystery to me how a company who depends on influencers to advertise can be so very bad at delivering the goods. Do they really expect for reviews to be completely independent from service provided? Bottom line is that *you* are providing a very critical service for them. I am glad that you did give us an unbiased review of the product. As someone with a very pale but definitely warm complexion, I value your honest and straightforward reviews. 🙏🙏🙏

I bought this palette for my mom, who only uses gold eyeshadows (I bought it at Sephora Poland and it arrived the next day after ordering, almost 3 weeks ago). So far, she has only used mono eye shadows. As soon as I saw this palette, I knew it was perfect for her and I was right. it's beautiful (the palette, but so is my mother;)) It cost me a lot of self-discipline not to buy one for myself. But maybe she'll lend it to me someday?😅

I was buying only Natasha Denona but had terrible customer service from her website that I just said forget it and not buying anymore from her! They lied to me and it was over getting points back that were taken off. It was honestly ridiculous

I ordered the Tiger palette from HG US site before it was available in the UK because it was for a birthday gift. It didn’t ship and didn’t ship, then it launched in the UK, so I requested cancellation, they didn’t get back to me until I contacted a second time, and then informed me that I could not cancel as item was now shipped. However, no shipping confirmations arrived until a few days later. I contacted them again to say that the item would be too late for birthday gift and would be purchasing in UK. They said I should wait for the item ti arrive and then return it. When the item finally arrived I initiated the returns process only to find that I was required to return using their specified courier service at a cost of £45. I asked for the case to be escalated and after MONTHS of emailing I was refunded. I haven’t bought an HG product since. My experience is so similar to the ND situation that I wonder if it’s an established customer service ruse to delay responding and then say too late to cancel.

I paid for a few makeup pallettes in the beginning of the month and it has been 19 days so far had no update of the status. I've emailed 3 times and had no response. It seems as if they have no customer service department. Its a big shame truly feels dishonest. You are right to not promote natasha Denona. Thank you for talking about your experience ❤

Come to Australia, we’re extremely used to waiting not just a mere few weeks longer for many products. And a couple of stores including Sephora and Mecca our other big makeup store have things locked in place for several top brands so we cannot order directly from the USA or the uk. Saying that I do always try to purchase from Mecca because you can return any product within two months no questions asked .

I purchased two of the Golden palettes because I was SO excited that she put one out that I could use more than two shades, and mine are so much lighter than the photos and swatches and videos I’m seeing. I bought this palette promo for the Teak shade, and mine is soooo light. It’s not nearly as deep as in this video or any photos. Flesh is so much lighter, all of them are barely there and almost grey. Is anyone else experiencing this? Both of mine are like this and absolutely do not look like or apply like I’m seeing in every video, photo, and swatch.

I honestly haven't been excited about Natasha Denona launches in a very long time. I feel like the majority of her palettes over the past few years and become less inclusive when it comes to shades that can work on deeper skin tones. It feels very intentional (although it may not be). I used to love her palettes because it was one of the brands that made shades deep enough and rich enough to work on my skin tone. The Golden Palette is pretty but does lack depth and variety after losing the teal shades. I might buy it but not at full price. It's worth $40 max..in my humble opinion 😏😂

Not late at all for me! I take a breather between when new product launches and when I actually buy it to make sure I actually want the product, or is it just the excitement of launch day. (The only exception is everything Lisa Eldridge does.) I've been really interested in this palette, but have been taking my time deciding to buy it or not. Your review is very valuable to me. I'm sorry if you don't get the same level of engagement as you would have if you could have made the review sooner.

PS I bought this already, used it several times and I’m really enjoying it. But I was so excited to watch your video. That said, I can totally understand where you’re coming from in feeling disappointed and not being able to get the video for this up earlier and I I also consider that it takes a lot of your time to make any content you do for us. And I know you have young children, as I do too, so I know you don’t have a lot of free time. So I really can understand your frustration on that.

Sorry you had that experience. I recently ordered the yucca pallet from her website. I am in the US. I was shocked how well it was wrapped to avoid breakage. It came in a cardboard shipping box. Doubled wrapped in bubble wrap. It would have taken a lot to break. My order did say unfulfilled even after I had received it. It still says unfulfilled after I have had it couple weeks. I think they have a glitch. I don’t think they lied. I never did get a email from ND saying it was shipped. I got a email from ups saying it was shipped.

I hear the frustration in your voice. I hope ND can improve on customer service because its one of my favorite brands. Companies are capable of stopping an unfulfilled order. Infact I canceled an order from Too Faced that was already shipped and they were able to reroute it back to the company. I agree too about the highlighter pallet. I whish she would sell singles!

I've never ordered from PM coz of the bad reviews on shipping and customer service. I'm only half way through video but I'm sad for you Charlotte. It's because you are so professional and I'm really not saying it for brownie points, I mean it and I feel that you feel some way responsible about ND order, if we went through your affiliate link and we were treated in this way. As you always remind us Charlotte - it's not limited edition - so we don't need to rush to buy it - we can wait for your review first and then make an informed decision :) So thank you for uploading a review - lovely to watch. Also.... Like you, I had problems with ND Customer Service last autumn - I ordered a large palette - can't recall which one - and it arrived smashed up. Black Friday was just beginning and I saw the same palette on the site 40% cheaper, so I asked to return the smashed one for a refund, but it took them so long to reply, the BF sale was over when they did and they offered me 10% off to keep the damaged palette (when they were offering 40% off for a perfect one 24 hours before emailing me!) or a refund if I returned it. I was furious - I'd missed the BF window because of waiting for their reply, to know where I stood. So I returned it for a refund (which I got). I eventually bought it from Selfridges in store. The lady kindly (at my request) opened the pack to check all was well before I bought it. Now that's good service. I didn't get any money off, but UK Selfridges deserved my money as they looked after me well. So I will not be buying from the ND website again. Also I don't understand how their points system works - I've amassed a good number of points but the site will only allow me to spend a small number of them on each purchase.. very strange. I've never come across a website like it.

If I had that kind of experience, it would be the last time I purchased their makeup. I understand that because of your business, it is a problem of a different kind. I appreciate your explanation of your experience up front. Honestly, this makes me not want to purchase anything from her. There is way too much great makeup out there for me to buy, so who needs that?

Hi Charlotte, I'm so sorry to hear about your bad customer experience. I had a similar experience on the hourglass website last year. I think dealing with all the different international regulations is too much trouble for most US sites so they don't give us the same service as US customers. I kind of understand their perspective but it's such a risk for us to buy from US sites. I tend to only buy from European websites now where possible because I also can't deal with this drama. Also, I don't care that you are reviewing late I will always watch your videos. ❤

I've always had good experiences with ordering from the ND website. I did, however, have a bad experience with MAC. I ordered a few different lip products. All but one were shipped together, and a lip liner shipped by itself. The lip liner never arrived, so I emailed their customer service. I never got a response, so I went to the website and did the live chat. The rep said no problem, we'll get that shipped out to you asap. Well, that one never arrived either. I did not waste my time emailing. I just went back to the website to do the live chat again. The rep apologized and said they'd get it mailed out to me asap along with a free sample. Guess what arrived....the free sample and no lip liner. I just gave up at that point. 😂

Hi Charlotte, so sorry that happened to you. I bought mine from Ulta cause they had a $15 off prestige brands, unfortunately I’m returning it, there are 3-4 shimmer/metallics that give me so much glitter fallout, it’s ridiculous..tried with primer, glitter glue, fix+, tired of that small glitter sparkles, why can’t they do just foils, just stop with the glitters.😢😢😢it saddens me cause I liked the colors. If I could take those 4 shimmers out and insert Sydney Grace shades I would in a heartbeat. Your look was beautiful 🥰

This time when I ordered, it took much longer to get my order. Their packaging was good as previously. I only got the palette. I live the opposite side of the country from ND.

How frustrating! My experience was so bad with PML I will not order from them, rather have FOMO. I did order from ND seeing my friends get it quickly and mine about 5 days later. I do love this palette

What an absolute nightmare! I'm so sorry you had this experience. I hate to say this but I had a similar experience and I live in NYC. I purposely ordered from the ND website because they have always packaged my orders so much better than Ulta or Sephora. Not this time. I also received a broken highlighter trio and it was not well packaged. It was in an open-ended bubble sleeve that wasn't taped close and placed inside a flimsy bag, not even a bubble envelope or a box for shipping. It took about 2 1/2 weeks to resolve the issue and get my credit and Rewards money back. It took them 5 days to respond to each email I sent and the initial response was a copy/paste impersonal reply saying I would receive a credit for my order. I was not offered a replacement and the Rewards credit I used wasn't returned to my account with a new code. I had to ask about it in 3 emails until they finally reissued it (not that I'll ever use it!) I definitely didn't receive an apology. I finally got my credit and a new Rewards code over the weekend. I have a UPS account and noticed that they put in a damaged claim on the package. It most definitely was not UPS's fault that the palette arrived damaged. I just think they are dishonest and provided heinous service and will not buy from her website again.

I had a pre order in for the I need a nude palette, then it launched in US and still hadn’t shipped after 5 days. I live in Northern Ireland. I decided I may as well just purchase it from UK as the shipping I was paying was obviously not ideal. ND customer service did cancel my order when requested, but have decided just to wait for things to launch here. Sorry you had such a bad experience 😢 thanks for the video 😊💖

I'm going through something similar but not exactly with HudaBeauty. I'm waiting on a refund and have left 3 emails to their customer service with no response. Its been almost 3 weeks. 🙄

I cancelled my order within 3 hours of ordering and they said the EXACT same thing. They said sorry it shipped. Then a couple hours later i got a shipping notification. I feel like they just didnt want to cancel my order. 3 HOURS! Anyway i did keep the palette when it arrived but that was A CRAZY experience for me.

I’m also cool toned and decided to take a gamble despite knowing many of her palettes feature warm tones in them. A reviewer described this as a neutral palette and I definitely agree. I can wear every shade in here without looking so odd because of my pale cool colored skin. Even the bright gold color called Oro looks good on me and yellow is a color that I have trouble with sometimes. ND is having a sale right now. Don’t know if this collection is included or not though.

I want to here your reviews any time you can do them. I live in Ireland and have had really bad ND experience with deliveries as well. They nearly always take 3 weeks so I have to factor that in whenever I order .. the influencer discounts are so good that I find it hard to resist buying from the ND site, so i just put-up with the wait. My last order was for the new powder foundation, a concealer re-stock and the I need a nude palette and it took 5 weeks. I emailed them several times, but to no avail. Also the ONLY ND in-store stand in Frasers in Cork is just pathetic .. no stock, no testers and no new products. I have also emailed them about this .. but tumbleweed. Its just awful the way customers are treated ... she could take a leaf out of Lisa Eldridge's customer service staff .. they are INCREDIBLE!! A total pleasure to deal with and always, always respond within 24hrs.

Had a Similar experience with HOURGLASS, Took them three months to send the holiday palette to me, nothing holiday about it then anymore 😂 cult beauty is very bad in other terms: a suncreen they sent me expired only four months later- no free return ! Same for a chipped magic cream glas container.

If you use their chat on their site or call them, you can explain the situation and I’m sure they will help you. I have found similar with email but if you actually reach a person via chat or via phone, I have had no problems as an international customer returning ND.

Ok I personally think that you handled this really well. I don’t think that it is inappropriate at all for you to tell us about your experience and I also think that it’s very balanced for you to give us the information and then just allow us to make our own choices as you have. I am sick to death of influencers who are constantly canceling this person and then all of their viewers that they should do the same. Some video creators really act like cult leaders and I am just watching videos lol. Thanks for keeping your channel cult behavior free lol.

Your reviews are worth waiting for! I hate ordering online as I need to see in store! I bought mine at Ulta-what you experienced is awful! I had one similar experience with the View thru Space something😂😂?So frustrating- poor service and the same type of actions. I agree- never shop from this website again! The site I shopped from is blocked from my memory! If I find it I'll send on so your viewers don't get duped! 😢

I have been TRYING to resist this palette in favor of maybe a YSL quad in similar tones due to ease of travel, but you’re not making it easy! This color story looks Iike it was designed FOR. YOU. How very disappointing about the customer service. I hope someone on her team who cares comes across this review. I agree 1000% about the highlighter trio - I keep picking up my Berry trio to use the highlighter out of there even when I’m not using the rest of it. Of course their margins are SO much lower when we buy through other retailers rather than direct, so you’d think they’d bend over backwards to be accommodating to direct purchasers. I’ve been waiting specifically to see this review from YOU. And…aaaargh!

Hello, Oh dear, that's very unpleasant. I'm also a bit unhappy with the "supply situation" here in Austria. Austria is apparently the only country (at least) in Europe with no Sephora shops BUT also no homepage :-( Nobody knows why and doesn't want to say anything about it. Which means you can only order via Germany and have to pay postage, regardless of the order amount, so you are treated worse than German customers. Which is otherwise unusual for shops that supply both Germany and Austria. ...I have enough experience here ;-) One brand that can apparently only be ordered here via Sephora is Natasha Denona, so I have to say I also feel a bit ripped off. But I've now developed a new concept for myself anyway, I've taken stock of my eyeshadow colours e.g. I have 5 gold shades and that will just have to do ;-D This way I can see at a glance if I really don't have a colour that I need and buy it individually from Artdeco, so I can create my own eyeshadow palette/ my own looks. - As a tip for people who want to save money or don't have easy access to certain brands. People who don’t wait for you don’t know what they are missing! I adore your humor and your absolute honesty. I think it’s a beautiful palette but as I looked at it I realized it’s too yellow for me. ND,s customer service for international orders are VERY bad!!! I am in SA and bought only once from them directly and would never again…they dont reply on emails.

Charlotte, Sincerely Customer service as a whole can be a challenge at times. Yes, for You thats not cool 😎 that they do you that way. Appreciate your efforts and reviews . I don't mind waiting for your reviews . No Hurry to Spend $$ . Especially right now ❤❤❤

Wow, between the shipping snafu, the Customer Service bu!!sh!z, and the broken highlighter, your whole experience is regrettable! I'm in Canada, and we no longer have any Canadian retailers carrying Natasha Denona, so we don't have much choice, we have to buy from ND, or we don't get to use their eyeshadows at all. ND pulled out of Sephora Canada a year ago.

I avoid buying ND now because us canadian customers were left in the dust when Sephora stopped selling her products. I'm not ordering without being able to return if there is an issue. Furthermore, I'm not paying duty when it arrives. She can stuff it! I've spent a lot of money in the past on her stuff, but I've easily moved on. I'm only watching this because it's you, not because of anything that ND has to offer.

So sad to hear about this customer service experience. I hate when brands lie like this. I have experienced similar lack of accountability from PMG as well and it really put me off. I have to really consider if I order from ND website myself (I am in Eu)

Gosh, this really is a gorgeous palette. Sorry you had to go through that ordeal. Seems to always be the case: one rule for the US, another for everyone else. However, in their defence (defense?😅) you are allowed to return used makeup there but not anywhere else. No excuses for poor customer service though. I actually have the original ND Gold palette so I really don’t need this but it’s absolutely gorgeous on you…xx

I’m glad I got mine from Sephora bc I hated it and I returned it all of the mattes look the same and the golds are just ugly for me and I love a gold shimmer …. Super disappointed…. So sorry u had that experience did they not have a number to call ? ULTA text and email is annoying too I always have to call

I've seen at least a few creators have their highlighter pans fall out. I tried ordering the palette from ND. It was my first time ordering direct from her and the site kept glitching. It kept adding multiple palettes to my cart when I only wanted 1 lol. Is that a common issue with her site? I ended up ordering through CB. It took around 3 weeks to get to me in Australia.

Gorgeous look. I got the palette, and it's beautiful. I've only ordered from ND site once and my order did take nearly 3 weeks to get to the UK. There was a sale on the site, but my god thats a long time. I've ordered from small indie US brands and got my order in just over a week. I love her brand, but I'll probably stick to UK retailers

After a bad experience ordering from one US website where I got charged a ton of import fees and got broken products, I have resisted any purchase that involves buying direct from the US to ship to the UK, sounds like it's sensible to continue. I am trying my best to resist the gold palette despite it calling my name, as I have sigma ambiance if I want to do a gold look. Plus, for really nice shimmers, I am still really enjoying my I need a nude palette. It does look lovely, though, and especially on your more tanned skintone. I am rather fair, and some golds end up annoyingly brassy on me. I wish ND (and make up brands in general) would listen to your suggestions re the highlight / blush / bronzer palettes in different shades. I have one face palette only that was really worth it for me (by Vieve) and it worked because they did just that, a highlight, two blushes of different colours but similar depth and a bronzer. Super practical for travel, I love it.

I see a lot of influencers who have palettes with some shades that come loose, and they ask for a refund. I never understand what people don’t just put a small dot of super glue to fix their palettes. That’s what I would do, and the problem would be solved quickly 🤷🏻‍♀️

Companies still do not get how impactful and decisive is costumer service. An excellent costumer service builds trust and makes you want to buy more. Lisa Eldridge's costumer service is an example of that. I already didn't consider buying anything from de ND website since their prices for europe are ridiculous. It's always cheaper at Lookfantastic, Cult beauty or Sephora. So pricy and crappy service, no thanks

My experience is that Natasha Denona treats Canadians badly too. I’m not saying I won’t buy her products ever again, but I haven’t purchased her products in some time. When she pulled her products from Sephora Canada, I must be honest, I thought it was a foolish move on her part.

ND customer service is dreadful. I’m in Canada but had heard a lot of US complaints. My first order from her site (she is no longer available in Canada) came with no issues. Ordered the powder foundation and paid for 2 day expedited shipping. (Very) long story short … nearly two weeks. Why? They shipped it to Toronto twice. Then back to the US twice. Then back here … and then to Mexico. Despite repeated emails asking for the order to be canceled, no response. They finally refunded my shipping. From now on, Beautylish only. Their customer service is fantastic. Glad they refunded your highlighter. Even a discount isn’t worth the aggro of ordering from them. They make Pat McGrath CS look saintly.
