Wodak won in the time of 1:11:52 to set a new course record. The old course record was 1:16:55. Finishing a couple minutes behind was fellow Vancouver-based runner Dayna Pidhoresky.
Both will attempt to run sub-2:26:50 at the Hamburg Marathon at the end of April, in a last-chance try for a spot on Team Canada competing in the 2024 Paris Olympic Games marathon.
Wodak said she enjoyed the course, the day and her execution of the run.
