Before Shower 1. 0:53: coconut oil first to detangle make sure you use water to help it transfer, **do not use cheap diluted oils** 2. extra virgin olive oil 3. 2:59: extra dark castor oil - most linked to hair growth Sealing Oil 4. 4:20: vitamin E oil, curling cream and gel 5. 4:37: cold-pressed jojoba oil - great natural sealing oil, absorbs easily without grease 6. 5:34: essential oils (peppermint and tea tree) - use jojoba as a carrier to massage them into the scalp Very useful, thank you!

Unsaltedsalt in terms of oils, it depends what you need. If you want nourishment then avocado oil, jojoba oil, coconut oil (coconut oil doesn’t work for everyone btw). Really light oils like that are best for nourishment If you want thicker hair then regular castor oil or Jamaican black castor oil

For the longest my mom always did my hair like how her mom did her hair and that was lots of relaxers and braids. From what I was told my hair was always nappy and in other words she didn't know how to take care of my natural hair. Once o became a adult I went natural and I was so discouraged because my hair was like a untamable afro and it wasn't until I used a conditioner that had avocado oil and protein I noticed that I had a curl pattern. From their on I learned that I needed to find out the perfect moisturizing routine for my hair.

Soooo, I tried this. For the overall health of my hair....this has been amazing. The 1st week I tried this routine I didn’t see much a difference, but by the second time I was finger combing to detangle and was amazed. I normally need a lot of conditioner, a wide tooth comb and a brush. I left the oils in overnight. The style of her curls, which are just gorgeous, didn’t turn out the same for me. Obviously we have two different curl patterns but I thought my curls would be more defined with this routine. What saved me was seeing another KZbin video with a woman using a denman brush to define the curls after putting the products in her hair. The difference is unbelievable!! I wish I could show y’all the before and after pics. If she mentioned that brush in this video I totally missed it. Thank you for this video. I FINALLY found my natural hair care routine!!

You have the best and most healthy curls I have ever seen. This video did so much for my hair. The best thing about these tips is that the ingredients are all natural. Once a hairdresser told me that natural oils are bad for the hair because you can’t wash them off later, and they make the hair weak. If only he knew that artificial products, full of plastic, are the ones that actually do this. I almost believed that hairdresser, because I was using cononut oil but wasn’t getting good results with that. Now with the tips in this video I look like a godess everytime 😂 I get better results than a salon and it is way cheaper and better to the environment. In other words, works just perfect. thank you so much for the tutorial! 🥰

THANK YOU!! I'm a guy growing my curly hair out for the first time in years, and I don't really know how to take care of it besides using a ton of conditioner 😂 your hair is gorgeous!! I'm definitely headed to the market to get me some oil haha

All of these oils work magically and your hair is absolutely gorgeous, thanks for sharing.

Excellent video! Very knowledgeable about oils, the use of them, and the different types. Most important, how to use them correctly and the cheap chemically filled ones to stay away from. You not only talk the talk but you walk the walk and it shows by how beautiful and healthy your hair is. Thank you for sharing.

Can't wait to try out these tips!! My hair has been so dry and brittle lately, after years of neglecting it. At this point I'm willing to try anything to get my hair healthy and strong like yours 😍😍

Thank you for all of this information. Your presentation was easy to understand and to the point. I appreciate that you spent most of the time explaining the products and process instead of just talking about yourself. Your hair is beautiful and you’ve helped me learn some new tips for my own hair care. I plan to start spraying my hair before applying my moisturizing oils, now. I was doing it all wrong. Thanks, again! Well done!

Caster oil makes my hair so soft. It feels like I just got my hair done at the salon after I use it as a deep leave in conditioner. I used it while finger coiling once and had it in my hair for four days. 🔥🔥🔥🔥 It also helps your thin patches of hair grow back in fuller.

How did you keep that in your hair for 4 days? It smells so funky. I use it on my skin especially my feet and elbows where the skin is tough but 4 days in your hair? Props to you.

Born to an adopted dad with a full head of curls, but all straight hair in my family otherwise. So, I'm learning how to take care of my hair from you and other lovely people on the internet! Thank you for jot just saying what you do but saying why. I genuinely cannot thank you enough. Growing up with no one in my family who knew what to do with my hair was rough. I was teased all the time for my hair and didn't have a sense of community with anyone else so I felt quite isolated. Now though I feel welcomed and am being taught almost as I would have been by my family. I have 3B hair so not quite as much as yours but I still feel welcomed and educated here. Thank you for all you do

I have super straight and very oily hair but got a perm to do something different. After the chemicals my hair became very dry. Did this tonight and so far my hair looks great. Thank you!

Could you do a list of sealing oils and moisturizing oils? 😊

Yes please!! I'm thinking about growing out my perm and getting my hair back to it's natural form. I would love to wear my hair like hers

@Diego Cerda I haven't done my hair myself in years, been getting it done at the salon. So I'm just looking at videos and researching online to see what the best products would be. Probably time to leave the perms alone
