Natasha, you don't have 50,000 subscribers by accident! We're coming here for your wonderful tips and tricks and examples of creative card making... You demonstrate new ways for us to look at other ways apply items we already have.instead of spending lots of money on things we don't necessarily ha room -- or $-- for and we're grateful right back!! Major congratulations to you on reaching 50K but just know it's because you draw us here with what you do. Best wishes for your NEXT 50K and beyond.

And love when you have little helpers come. You really have thought me I don’t have to subscribe to all those pumpkin packs or whatever they are called , to get a great affect. Just use my brain and use what I have. Which most is bought at yard sales, before covid. Now I really have to use what I have. Or got to those big company’s and pay out of me nose for a die or stamp that I wish I could be as sharp as you and figure out something else. Thank you

Years ago I used gilding flakes (and still have them!), however I used them with a glue "ink pad". I would stamp a image into the pad and then wait for the glue to dry and get tacky. Afterwards, you apply the flakes just like you did. Results- a stamped image that is all guilded. Worked great on my southwest stamps! You could probably make a pad with the glue you have or sponge the glue onto stamp.

Kimberley, I can sooo relate to that! At least I didn't start stamping when it was still all klutzy wooden blocks. (Sorry, I know you people out there love your rubber stamps, I'm simply no good at stamping without seeing what I'm doing.) Tasha has made me review what I have in stock so many times. And I have been very good during the past year - only bought two stamp sets, no paper, and no new glue to try out. Hooray!

I noticed the other day, that you were close to 50k! Well done, you shouldn't be surprised, you're full of great ideas and ways to use what we have and your recommendations are spot on. I've bought the multi media glue, domed blenders and green tape all on your recommendation and they are all fantastic. I'm just waiting for the little bottles to arrive so I can decant the glue 😄. Thank you again for sharing your talent and congratulations. Love those little helping hands. This card is gorgeous as usual

Tip: get a small Rubbermaid type container for guilding flakes since they kinda expand and may not go back into the little pot perfectly

I had no idea what you meant by Rubbermaid. I guess it's similar to Tupperware?

Rubbermaid are found at any grocery stores, Walmart, Dollars and Discount Stores. Rubbermaid containers are cheaper than Tupperware. I got my plastic shoe box from the Dollar Tree. Just as long as the lid close tight. I have had my container for years. Hope the information help. Many Blessings to all. For Texas, USA.
