The door knob thing (which is a brilliant option) is called a baren. It's typically used in mono printing on a gel plate but it's useful for stamping or ensuring your substrate is stuck well on a Cricut cutting mat.

I love your beautiful coloured butterfly shaker cards. I don't understand the whole covering up the beautiful image with the sentiment thing though. I would put the sentiment either down the bottom or inside. That way it doesn't interfere with the gorgeous image!

Butterflies are definitely “my thing” as you put it and my absolute favorite was number One followed by number Four. I’m new to making cards and not familiar with Shaker Cards, looks like a lot of steps(for me) but the finished card came out so pretty. You had my heart racing with the first card… it’s FANTASTICAL.
