Usain absolutely is still the WR Holder in the 200! I was talking about him and MJ and my brain was moving faster than my lips. I’m was trying to get a whole lot out while also thinking about what else I need to say down the line. My bad for not being perfect, and I can admit that! I corrected myself in a future video that isn’t posted yet.

You’re so friggin beautiful, Natasha, and I love seeing your actual personality on KZbin (as well as your amazing transition to normalcy after T&F)! Don’t worry about what people want you to say/do; I think you’re good with connecting and saying what’s on your heart. You’re in a great position where you can translate some behind the scenes things for the folks who haven’t run USATF or professionally. I have since seen this entire “Sprint” series, and it’s great how they kinda set up the show to do a sequel for whomever eventually wins. They showed inspirational stores and behind the scenes things, but they showed it for competitors, and we all know only one of they will win. I hope they pick up the series again Paris!

This is well reviewed and made us pay attention to a lot of things about language especially, which we are directed away from, by his(Noah) viral one-liners. How are we getting this for free?😅 I must admit, I didn't want to watch the video because i thought it was one of the many clickbaits I had fallen to this week😂 Absolutely great video! Thank you

I found it interesting seeing the difference in how Jacobs approached the race and Lyles approached the race. Even with the circumstances of being injured and whatever else is going on, you could tell Jacobs’ head was not in a winning space. It was honestly hard to watch because I could tell he was somewhat struggling with the pressure.

I love Noah's competitive spirit, but you can be competitive and respectful simultaneously. Bolt was very respectful of his competitors. Noah just recently gave a 4x400 lineup without Quincy Hall on it! 🤔 The man just ran 43.81. This is where Noah loses me, and I can't take the rationale seriously. Flo Jo, Gwen Torrance, and Allyson Felix could sprint effectively from 100-400. Name the last 100/200 guy on an Olympic/World 4x400? Norman and Kerley have the credentials, but haven't done it.

@@natashahastings400mdiva5 he acknowledged that he was leaving Quincy off and gave his reasoning. His reason was also a poor one at that. That does not sound like an oversight to me. Me personally, I would have him in the relay pool but he would be like my 7th option for the final. So only running in the event there were 3 injuries. No disrespect. And I would put Fred in before Noah.

What I would like to see is what you want to do tbh. You'll only be happy doing that. I do think you would be good at reflection on your own races from the psychological point of view Reviewing performances like your doing now and talking track Talk about psy topics like: "choking", "visualisation", Coming back from serious injury "in play/game/race" management, mental imagery, importance of planning. NCAA Student-Athlete - how to cope (do it in a series don't give it away all in one go) this can be living away from family, race management, discipline, the academics, post-colleigate challenges/ picking a school etc. Cohesive team dynamics when you don't like certain team members or how to create it. This is not for me, it's just that I think (without really knowing you which is weird) you'll be good at explaining these things and I think people want this stuff. If you can attach it to sporting events, currently events that may help the traction of you videos but what do I know. Only thing I would add, if possible, have a nice background but content is king over aesthetics. but just try and be consistent as you can be in a busy life as working mother/professional/family/friend/daughter etc Life can be life-ing at times so just be kind to yourself. Sorry, I don't care for spelling and grammar today lol.

So the Olympics is right upon us. You are discussing the 100-meters and you made no reference to this Olympics , even though you named 3 of the athletes who are in this Olympics. You did that on purpose so you would not have to talk about Jamaica like you avoided for decades. Ato , Gabby , Sanya owns Jamaican you are the only one with a Jamaican connection that jumps through hoops not to mention Jamaica, for profit !
