So happy to share the "Great Big Storm" music video! I've made a bunch of music videos, but this was one of my favorites. We went to Montreal for the weekend and blocked off a really cool street. It was a beautiful day, so we had to bring the rain ourselves. Usually the highlights for me in Montreal are the bagels. However this time I'd have to say it was the incredible people involved in making the video. Whether it was the crew, the extras, or the random college kids I shot gunned a beer with on the street- everyone was so friendly and worked so hard to make this awesome video.

This is one of favourite song from grand romantic album and seeing that there's MV for this is really awesome :D Idk if it's just me but hearing his songs always reminds me of fun's old songs. Like there's some part of the nee song that kinda sound similar to their old songs and I really love that. Isn't the great big storm, a song about his mother dying from illness, hence "big storm" its referenced in the song "it only gets worse" first lyrics "I was born before the storm" and "at her headstone, I just danced, oblivious to consequence". Its like he's directly referred this song to not a happy one but a sad one, he's waiting for the call to hear the storm is coming to an end. And act lightly about it before it hits him hard.
