Guys like nate robinson and spud webb are my idols. I'm only 5-6 and my vertical leap isn't that high. 10 foot rim is a long shot, but I know I can dunk a 9 foot if I worked at it a bit more.

well watever u do, dont do weights until ur about 17-18. ur only 12 so maybe start skipping, work on sprints. try to dominate the 100m sprint at school. Theres also a really good exercise where u crouch down with ur knees all bent, then with both feet, explode up, lifting ur hands up at the same time. do about 50 of those a day. ride your bike more, but in fast spurts/sprints instead of long endurance slow, riding. jus don't lift weights until ur about 18 cos it stunts your growth

Small guys have a tendencie to jump with twp legs, very few of them (5-6 to 6-1) can dunk with one leg. Spud Webb dunk many times with one leg during games & I still haven't seen this little fellow make one in his NBA career

do calf raises every day, im 5'10 and white, i have been doing calf raises for a while but after 2 weeks of doin it i was slaming the shit out of 10 feet, though for some reason 180's and backwards are eaiser for me, probably because it off one leg,lol
