Sadly I know this feeling. It's when I realized I had a drinking problem and quit. Because even drinking made me feel miserable. Nothing helped me get over them. Still not over them. But now I focus on other things.

Idk what you’ve been through, but I’ve been there too. So after my journey I can say, keep your head up. It takes time to heal, and everybody has skeletons in their closet so don’t so don’t listen to anybody putting you down. You got this man!

*Lyrics: Nate Smith - Bulletproof* [Verse 1] Usually these ol’ neon lights Are pretty good for bad goodbyes They got some girls off of my mind But baby, not tonight ‘Cause I’ve been putting in overtime Trying to get over your leaving You’re still right here on my mind You sure did a number on me [Chorus] I’ve tried Jack, I’ve tried Jim I’ve tried every last one of them Ol’ heartbreak bottles up on that shelf But the burn don’t work and the buzz don’t help Been taking these shots, shots, shots 80, 90, everything they’ve got But the whiskey don’t kill like it’s supposed to do Baby, your memory must be bulletproof [Verse 2] There ain’t no way I’m driving home I’m three sheets, done tied one on But this liquor ain’t as strong As your sweet love is [Chorus] I’ve tried Jack, I’ve tried Jim I’ve tried every last one of them Ol’ heartbreak bottles up on that shelf But the burn don’t work and the buzz don’t help Been taking these shots, shots, shots 80, 90, everything they’ve got But the whiskey don’t kill like it’s supposed to do Baby, your memory must be bulletproof [Bridge] All my favorite country songs Guess they must’ve got it wrong ‘Cause I’m still here and you ain’t gone You ain’t gone, baby [Chorus] I’ve tried Jack, I’ve tried Jim I’ve tried every last one of them Ol’ heartbreak bottles up on that shelf But the burn don’t work and the buzz don’t help Been taking these shots, shots, shots 80, 90, everything they’ve got But the whiskey don’t kill like it’s supposed to do Baby, your memory must be bulletproof All my favorite country songs Guess they must’ve got it wrong ‘Cause I’m still here and you ain’t gone You ain’t gone, baby You ain’t gone, baby Baby, your memory must be bulletproof Songwriters: Ben Johnson, Hunter Phelps, and Ashley Gorley Producer: Lindsay Rimes

This song is a mix of country and rock. It actually counts as country-rock. It’s kinda sad y’all think the genre is plain country. I heard this song on a rock and roll station as well as country station. Guess not many people knew that😊 you are welcome rock fans for mentioning that this also qualifies as your type of music too. Not just these country fans.

Who must have boring life talking about genres of this song, there was a day when outlaw country and that’s what true country is. You probably think Garth brooks wrote all of his songs and he his country.

The reason I don't respect these modern-day country singers, is because if Collin Raye sang this song, the boy singing this song would have no chance. So don't act like you singing these words is some level of talent because of a boy from the 90s showed up you would have no chance m.
