My wife and I had tickets to his show, with covid and all it was rescheduled, then a year ago I was diagnosed with Small cell lung cancer that had spread. So the concert got rescheduled but I wasn’t able to attend, however my wife brought two of our kids to the show and got to watch him play this with his mom on stage. This was their first concert. Nate smith and whiskey Meyers put on a great show. They even brought my wife and kids back stage during the show to watch from there. So do me this song hits hard. I found my soulmate, now I’m fighting cancer to stay. Cherish the ones you love, never take them for granted

Congratulations. Cherish these times! The good and the bad. I would absolutely say the first year or so of my first child’s life was the happiest I’ve ever been. Not that she makes me happier than her brother but there is just nothing like becoming a mother for the first time and experiencing all that comes with it for the first time. Pure bliss. The only time I would ever use the phrase “high on life” lol. You could have a million more kids but you’ll never have this first time again being a new mom. Soak in all the moments. Appreciate the little things. There will be hard times but it’s all worth it in the end. Be forgiving of yourself and your partner.
