The Brazilian voice actor for Squidward sounded the same as the English one so I never really noticed it. The Spongebob voice though is WAY different. I mean, both fit the character yet they are so different (I honestly prefer the Brazilian one cuz it isn't as annoying as the English one, but I guess Spongebob is a annoying character so it doesn't make difference for me) (Edit: in the older sessions Spongebob does sound a lot similar to the English voice actor then in the later sessions. I do not know why, they never changed the voice actor. Same thing for Patrick)
