Beautiful & spacious living room. Wow, that is some deck! 😮 I love the office spot off the dining room. Fabulous kitchen, nice countertop on the island. I like that both guest bedrooms have walk-in closets. The master closet needs a door.

I love the floor plan. You did wonderful filming. There was a lot of traffic and you did great trying to film around it. I have to add that that fire place is beautiful. I love the colors. It's exactly how I would have it.

Maybe Winston should lookinto expanding to the west. You're the second person from Oregon to ask if they can get this home there. Sad to say at this time the are only a southern builder in Alabama and sell to the midwest and eastern states.

I grew up in Oregon and live in Montana now. All 4 of the ones you listed are top notch. Kabco's MB lineup is right there also. As is KIT Homes and Bonnavilla in the north.

I like everything about this home except the dining area, no true space for China hutch, buffet. Between the windows at one end and the office thing with transom window at the other this truly would be only thing preventing me from purchasing this home.
