I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. I love all the built-ins throughout and the floating shelves throughout. My most favorite part is the master bathroom with the stand-alone tub. You didn't show off the closets, especially the one in the master bedroom.❤❤❤❤❤

Love everything about this big, spacious home! Only thing I would change is eliminate the transom window in the guest bath; dont like the way they look on the front elevation. This is a beautiful home!! Im not sure how i feel about the darker cabinets but i like rhe way the cabinets are large and everywhere! I love love the master bathroom! The only thing that threw me off about this home is the hot water heater in a closet. That makes things super diffucult if theres a problem! I would probably want cupboards over the bar area instead of open shelves (floating shelves). Other than a couple of changes this home is truly great!

I really loved this home. The unforgiven was better, but this is beautiful. But I did find one thing I didn't like. The guest bath mirror looked cheap and like it might fall if the clips moved or broke. Nice price too

I'm really big on NOT seeing the TV/livingroom from the kitchen table. Mostly because if I have dinner guests I want to hear about their day ❤ 👨‍👩‍👦 and socialize. Thus said,I love this home!!!! The dining room is accessible to the kitchen for carrying food dishes. But still far away from the TV 📺 (distraction). I also love the closets/shelves/storage!!! A+ from me!

I believe if they don’t have the bar it’s a desk. Don’t quote me but it seems like someone else toured a home almost like this one and there was a desk and the person said you could opt for a wet bar. I think the shower in that one wasn’t double entry but it was still nice.

Nice home. A couple of things: The refrigerator is so far away from the stove. Whoever designed that obviously doesn't cook. The bathtub in the master bath sticks out like a sore thumb. Lots of wasted space because of that.

The kitchen looks lopsided, also no wall space in the master. It’s a nice starter home for a young couple but I personally didn’t care for the design.

Dang you can build a nice home for $200k here in KY. A NICE home. Not a manufactured one. Maybe its alot higher where you all are. Wish everyone had a home they could go to. God bless.
