It's still so weird seeing this labeled as a Hazbin Hotel song, since I was listening to this song a year before the Pilot even came out. Honestly I associate this song more with Steven Universe because of Zack Calison being in the Music video.

i didn't even realize this was a Hazbin Hotel song, I literally saw it as .a character Nate created called Phantom, similar to Markiplier's alter egos. thats what it was to me 😭

@@axel01010 it wasn’t originally a Hazbin song. It was a part of Nate’s Original (Non-Nerdcore) 2018 album, “Paid in Exposure”. A few years ago, Nate reuploaded the song on KZbin, adding in some Alastor voice lines from the Pilot, and since then it’s been associated with Alastor and Hazbin Hotel. Hope that clears up any confusion!

I love that the song came out before hazbin hotel but is still accurate, what I mean: if I remember correctly husk was an overlord and made a deal with alastor to keep his power or something like that so nate is alastor and the magician guy is husk making a deal via selling his soul to have the magic powers he wants.
