I love that Gordon has a genuine interest in learning, he goes in open minded despite being an acclaimed chef to truly learn how different cultures make food. That makes him a true master chef and not just a 'celebrity' chef. He learns the authentic way to do things and actually gets his hands/and feet dirty and puts his ego aside to learn. I really love Gordon.

I had fish Benedict!!! I still dream about it. Nothing like sitting beach side sipping an amazing cocktail and fish Benedict. Pure bliss. I totally recommend farm to table experience if you can! The food amazing yet again. Savory, delicious, I believe I found it on Airbnb experiences. I would seriously go back just for the fish, alongside that the place is just amazingly beautiful. The flight time- horrible, the gas prices insane and the fact I agree we are pushing the natives out (I’m sorry 😭) still, it was a beautifully moving experience. I will say lastly though, the more you are in the thick of it outside tourism - the smaller and smaller the roads get lol. I will never forget going through the winding roads, only the size of one car easily on a 2 lane road!!!!!
