A lot of wildlife documentaries are filmed by the crew deliberately putting two animals next to each other and filming it to see what happens. They basically set up the whole thing to make it more likely.

After diving for years & loving it my wife said she gave it up because of the ridiculous numbers of innocent looking but, highly venomous things she kept running into that could kill her just by touching her. She said she just got tired of being on edge every second & trying not to be killed. In fact, most sharks were the least of her worries. It was everything else she had to watch out for on top of the bull sharks, tiger sharks, great whites, longimanus & other shark species, etc...

Utterly out of context... I have been diving for 20 over years and probably the only thing that you really have to worry about are box jelly fish , that is however seasonal and always keep a lookout. If you learn to have good bouyancy control and not touch anything then essentially there is nothing to worry about. like anything in nature know their habitats and respect the environment. having said that people die in car accidents everyday, drunk drivers , speeding etc etc.... i bet your wife will still happly get in a car and drive or just be in a car full stop.

Hy hedge trimmer, (first one I bought), looks like a saw fish, and a duck billed platypus with the plastic slide on cover on the blade(s). I don't know about the hedge trimmer, but it is true that a lot of good stuff we developed were inspired by wild nature. Velcro for example, was inspired by those "burrs" that stick to your pant leg if that plant is in the field you walked through.

In shark attacks, divers/snorkelers are only about 4% of those , surfing/board sports accounted for 51%, swimmers/waders 39%. Of that diver/snorkeler category, snorkelers were about half. Sport scuba diving is relatively safe, but there can be many dangers if not careful, arterial air embolism, decompression sickness, contaminated air, nitrogen narcosis, equipment malfunction, strong currents, an out of air event, boat props, and a few others, shark attack ranks about the very lowest of a diver's concerns. In my 45 years of diving, I've encountered quite a few different shark species over much of the world, they're fascinating creatures.

Predators are predators no matter what that’s how they survive but, deep,deep,deep,deeply down in the ocean where no one has been, how you think they survive, because they’re predators down there guaranty. Most of us believe or claims to seeing a flying object. Why can’t believe that there is someone or something that lives deeply in the ocean. We where able, and when i say WE i mean the USA did what no one has done ever in the world and that was to go to the moon, not only go, land on it and walk on it but, we can’t go to see or even walk into the deepest part of the ocean. That I CAN NOT BELIEVE and that IS MY BELIEVE

I love mountains and valleys and streams.. Go up the highest mountain at night and look up at the stars. I used to have a big telescope and the things you can see are AMAZING. To see the rings and bands on Jupiter is an unforgettable memory.
